Introduction Welcome to DJayHaus ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), a curated subscription-based service platform that enables DJs ("Creators") to monetize their content and build a community of engaged fans ("Users"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility DJayHaus is a members-only platform. Access is granted only to verified DJs with an established audience. All applicants are subject to review and approval by the DJayHaus team. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

3. Use of the Platform You agree to use DJayHaus only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Indian laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content you upload, distribute, or otherwise make available through the platform.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership 4.1 You retain full ownership of any original content you upload to DJayHaus. 4.2 By uploading content, you grant DJayHaus a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host and distribute such content to your subscribers. 4.3 DJayHaus does not claim ownership over your work, but you are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe upon the copyrights or rights of third parties.

5. Unofficial Remixes & Copyrighted Material DJayHaus does not encourage or endorse the uploading or distribution of unofficial remixes, bootlegs, or any other content that infringes upon third-party rights. If a copyright holder, label, or authorised representative reports a violation, we will promptly investigate the claim and may remove the infringing content without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Payments & Payouts Creators may earn income through monthly subscriptions from their fans. Payouts will be processed in accordance with DJayHaus’s payment schedule and in compliance with Indian tax laws. You are responsible for maintaining accurate financial details and for all applicable taxes on income received.

7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, is under investigation for copyright infringement, or engages in activity that may harm the platform or its users.

8. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India].
